If it is a smart that came in a letter with a R number that you have logged just keep hold of it. The training smarts say something please keep and post back to Mr + Mrs ******* with your next training letters to post.

Also, please could people remove the quoted names as all mail comes from this address and is written on all correspondence from them. :)

It's not on my online posting schedule. The instruction is on the smart that came in a package today but no address.its a test AEDB Smart

Yeah, that's a standard message on all of the AEDB test smarts. You don't need to make a special effort to post it back, just put it in the next letter/jiffy bag you're asked to send to them.

Got another two AEDBs today. Still need one more to do my postings. Perpetually behind. One of them is a real smart and one is just a piece of cardboard and some foam in a bag! Maybe I should start making my own test smarts... just a piece of cereal box with AEDB written on it in a sandwich bag, perhaps? :p

Could you please advise me on posting, I was on the
retraning then told I was being put on hold again as
no place in area yet, but I still have one packet to send
to west brom that should have been sent on Tuesday
    but I had no smart.
So the question is if I still have no smart this Tuesday
do I send it anyway or keep it back again
Last time I was on this mail panel I did not see any of
the problems with smarts like tis time
Many thanks for this useful and helpful advice on here

I would post it myself because the training smarts are sent from TNS, so there should not be a delay on these smarts reaching you. They have probably forgot to send the smart out to you. :)

Thanks 3010 I will just send it then, but I thought it a
bit odd as the others have came in packets and letters
like normal but they must have forgot I had one left,
I seem to have been behind with them since the second
week of training just waiting for smarts all the time
    Thanks Again

Did you advise them that it was actually posted after the final collection on Saturday? (I know that the computer could still wonder why it wasn't marked as Monday.)

If you get to a post box after the time of the supposed last collection, you can just hold on to the item until the following week.

I always enter the true time that I post so if that happens to be after the collection that then is logged. Only had these problems because of the Bank Holidays.

Can anybody confirm if they have received the £2 L2S incentive (not £4 reimbursement) for an APL item that they posted in April yet?

I've had my first May posting pack and incentive stamps but no extra £2 L2S for the APL item I posted in April.

I'm not sure if I'm still waiting for the £2 L2S incentive for the cube which I posted near the end of March.

I was initially sent £3 instead of £4, but a few days later got another £3 which they said was the extra £1 plus £2 for the inconvenience. I am not sure if that was for the inconvenience of not receiving the correct amount in the first place or for the inconvenience of having to post the cube at the post office.
