How are my fellow training posters doing for the AEDB smarts? They only sent me one for the first week, then started sending two, but they've still not made up for the one so I'm consistently only able to post one of each week's two items. I wonder if the smarts will ever catch up or if I'll finish training without sending everything...

Hi newbie to this thread here! I'm on my 2nd week and I'm pretty sure I received a golden smart today! I've emailed them and I'm well aware of their lack of urgency replying to emails! Anyway, I need to send the smart on Friday however I'm not sure what I do! Do I still send it as normal and wait for their reply!
Any help much appreciated! X

Did it say Golden Smart on it or a 4 letter code

you might be best phoning them in the morning just to clarify it ..i sent an email over 10 days ago and still waiting on a reply

If you login and visit the "News&Features" page on the top menu bar (far right hand side) and scroll down a couple of posts it explains the procedure for golden SMARTS, it's probably worth reading this then contacting them if there's still anything you're unsure on.

There have been a few reports of people been short of training SMARTS, just keep processing the items oldest first (sending them the same day the next week if you have no SMART in time for the correct posting date).

Even if you finish training you can always assign one of the normal SMARTS to left over items once you're on the main panel.

If you're new you may not know that real SMARTS come in two colours; older browny-coppery ones and newer white ones. If you've just been dealing with white ones until now you may be thrown if one of the brown ones turns up.

Each week a panellist will be randomly selected from our active panel. An item will be sent to that panellist containing a gold envelope, inside of which will be a SMART and a message saying CONGRATULATIONS!

I think you're right it doesn't say anything on it apart from the normal code (no congratulations!!) I've been thrown by the copper colour!

YAY ! posting pack arrived this morning, along with incentive stamps and a lovely pack of childrens classic tv presentation stamps.. only 3 things to post next week... looks like im back on the chain gang !! Has anyone else noticed the amount of presentation stamps that suddenly appear on ebay everytime we get a new design??!!! it happened with the train pack i got last stint... from private sellers, not businesses .. just a coincidence maybe ? ;-)

hi did the presentation pack come with your 1st training pack or the 1st real pack please. I am on 1st week of training and got the normal stamps and wondered if mine had been missed or i was just to eager
