My first week item never arrived. I emailed them and they removed it.
I spoke to them about it at the time, and then about 2 or 3 weeks later. All they said was that they would put a note on my file about it, and if the missing packs arrived that I should still send them on the appropriate days.0 -

This is what they have told me in the past when i have had missing packs, If there is a note on your file about it then it doesn't count against you.0 -
I have just been away for 3 days, i registered the holiday in my account so they would know i was unable to post and record items. Postal pack for the week contained a letter to be posted on first day of recorded hols..........ok no worries, my partner posted it and txt me when done, i recorded it using mobile internet on my phone.
Just got home tonight and there are 5 items been delivered while i've been away!
Partner 'thinks' 3 arrived the day i left, and 'thinks' 2 more were this morning.
Would i be better not entering anything at this stage and try ringing on Monday instead?
I don't know why i bothered entering my holiday dates in the first place :mad:0 -

I registered my holidays and when I got home found a pile of letters had arrived so recorded them as unsure of date they arrived.0 -

Couple of options really.
Log them as I don't know when they arrived.
Log them on the day you think they arrived especially if they have smarts in. TNS will know when they arrived from the SMART data so if it wrong they will no doubt quirky it.0 -
They do say that you may still receive items from other posters during a holiday time
did you enter your holidays from Monday to Monday?0 -

Enter them as "Date unknown" (i think this option is under the "it arrived on a different day" option) then email them explaining why so they can make a note on your account to ensure it doesn't count against you.
If you didn't do so then remember to always enter your holiday dates Monday to Monday and wherever possible at least 4 weeks in advance.0 -

My holiday, for the whole of February, was put onto the system by way of the helpline because of the length of time I would be away.
It was done right at the beginning of December, so they had 8 weeks notice and they still sent me packages to post during that time.0 -
Has anyone noticed the number of items to send been reduced? I only have 2 items to post W/C 14TH April and only 1 item for W/C 21ST April....0

Yes Damio, I only have 1 to post this week coming and 1 to post the following week too as I received it yesterday. I only received 2 letters this week also.StayHome * StaySafe * BeKind0
