If it doesn't have the square then i believe there is an option along the lines of "none of these shown" that should be used.
Thanks for that. I did not have that option on previous waves or in training. Just logged today's sending and it is there now.
only really matters when I go to the main PO though which is rare. 0 -

I am new to the survey and usually log into the website to record my activities in the evenings. I like the sound of the prize draw but it has always been done by the time I log on. I notice it says it is only during office hours, does this mean my evening logins aren't included?
Thank you.
They should be counted as I only tend to log in during the evening and have won.0 -
i won a £10 daily draw a few years ago ...could do with winning the monthly draw lol

How odd. The option of "none of the these" has been there for all the years I've been doing the survey. I thought it helped to point up where the post collector couldn't be bothered to change the tab. (I used to post in different locations and a couple of the boxes (close together) often didn't have the day displayed.)0 -
Just received my posting list for next week and I have a jiffy bag to be posted at the post office on Friday- bank holiday! It will be closed, so should i just go and chuck it in the postbox outside the post office or wait until the following Friday? Thanks0

I took a photo on my phone of the postbox I posted at and it was missing the silver insert bit that states a day. I wouldn't care I logged it just as I got home and then had to walk back around to check lol.0

Postie probably forgot put it on. They normally hang on the inside of the Post Box door, though, obviously, they can go missing. You might find it back in place the next time you use the box.
Mind you, some boxes don't have slots for next collection at all.

Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.0 -

This should be logged using the option "none of these visible" (or something along those lines) ... same for the postboxes that do not have the slot to put the day in.0
