had a card delivered by the postman today saying they had an item to deliver but it had insufficient postage on it - when I picked it up it was a test item. had to get two buses and pay £1.73 - have emailed them and told them. :-(0

They will reimburse the £1.73 that you had to pay, although this is usually by stamps (I would keep the envelope with the revenue protection sticker on incase they ask for proof) I doubt you'll get anything from them for the buses.
I'm assuming this was a large letter with no stamp on at all? 73p (2nd class large letter) underpayment plus £1 handling fee0 -
it was franked 1st class but the HQ number on it said unknown0

Just posted an item today, but when you log online and log that you've sent the item, it asks 'what day was displayed on the post box tablet'. Well all the ones I've posted from just say mon- fri last post .... And sat .... But the list online asks you to select a day from the drop down list. What is it on about???0

There is usually a small metal square that will say "MON" "TUES" "WED" etc. at the top of the door, it is referring to this although some collection officers don't tend to bother with them so it may be missing.
You can see an example above the posting slot in this image

Some boxes I use don't even have a square, so I just log the day it is. Bit clearer image of the day slot from google.

If it doesn't have the square then i believe there is an option along the lines of "none of these shown" that should be used.0 -
Hello,
I am new to the survey and usually log into the website to record my activities in the evenings. I like the sound of the prize draw but it has always been done by the time I log on. I notice it says it is only during office hours, does this mean my evening logins aren't included?
Thank you.0
