Just received my posting list for next week and I have a jiffy bag to be posted at the post office on Friday- bank holiday! It will be closed, so should i just go and chuck it in the postbox outside the post office or wait until the following Friday? Thanks

Yes, anything that states Post Office should always go into the postbox just outside the post office except for items that do not fit into it (cube boxes for example) or APL items where you pay cash at the counter. This information is in the FAQ

If you do not wish to Post the item on a bank holiday / are unable to then you should hold onto it and post it on the same day (Friday in this case) the following week. This is also in the FAQ

But that's not what TNS have gone to the trouble of requesting the poster does.

Online it is not possible for a panellist to select a Smart to be returned (unless it is already marked for return) but if they are sent to TNS the people there should be able to amend the list.

I returned the smarts as the letter requested but having spoken with TNS they say only return if smart does red. They agree the note was badley worded and I am not the first to do this.

    I won a £10 voucher about a month ago.

I wonder whether they will now revise what they have written for the next time they send the message.

There have been no winners announced for the Golden Smart since 9th March, and no winner announced for the monthly £75 draw for March.

I have a jiffy bag to post on Saturday 19th April and the paper posting schedule indicates that a smart should be include, although the online schedule does not indicate the need for a smart and I am unable to indicate that a smart has been added.

Which schedule is likely to be correct, and if the paper one is right will the smart I use be taken from my online stock correctly?

The Online schedule is the most up to date and should be followed should there be any differences.

Only started doing this, this year so I may be wrong but I think the online schedule is the most uptodate and when you click on the daily task sheet it may ask if you've added in a smart or if not required won't say this. Don't know if that makes sense, I know what I mean in my head lol, I maybe totally wrong but wanted to try offer some help
