It will show on the system from 00:00:01 Monday before (so the 17TH should show tomorrow) the online system only shows the current week and the next week

I completed the online registration as according to my location, people are needed in my area, however 3 weeks later I still have no email nor phone call. Is this normal? Thanks to anyone who replies in advance

yes perfectly normal...if there are spaces in your area then you have a higher chance of being asked quicker ....but as regards to when that will be ive known people say it took just a few weeks to be accepted and others literally years!
Panellists are rotated every 6 months or so ....so that might mean you are invited to take a resting panellists place...but in honesty its just a case of waiting for a welcome email or perhaps a phone call to confirm you are on the panel.

Unfortunately this is normal... It's just a waiting game i'm afraid sometimes it's instant sometimes you can be waiting months, in each area they have an "active" panel and "reserve" panel and rotate people in 6 month blocks, as soon as they have a space for you on the "active" panel they will contact you

Are you doing the TNS royal mail panel or the world mail panel run by quotas?


I'm aware theres no set training period for quotas but I've never heard of anyone on the TNS panel that doesnt go through training

So, am I correct - you have been sending letters to different people and not just to West Bromwich? If so, that is definitely a first for anyone who comes on this thread.
