Royal Mail Surveys rewarded with Stamps.

Have said before on here that I have concerns about the validity of the survey generally......
Reading through this thread the whole "survey" looks to be just lip service.
The people doing the survey seem happy to lie, happy to post on this open forum clearly confidential info about the survey and even reproduce clearly confidential emails about how the survey is carried out in post offices, and the way they are remunerated for forking out hard cash, so any self respecting post office worker will know exactly what are test items, and who receives them!
The whole thing looks unreliable, and a complete waste of money.0 -
I can't fault them really. I always get a response from them. It does take some time, but they always reply and are quick to sort out missing stamps and incentives.0

I agree with this...although I think some of the problem stems from people not knowing what is involved in the task when they sign up for it....it isnt a case of doing a few surveys and getting rewardes with stamps...but sadly thats how some read the thread title and when its revealed what the panel actually entails some may realise that they are not suited to the demands.
The title on hd is very misleading imo.
"£10.80 FREE stamps every month (12 First Class + 4 Large First Class) and occasional other gifts such as Presentation Packs, mini eggs and a yearly diary for small amount of Royal Mail survey work"0 -

I was in your position and never received an invite so i sent them a polite email stating that i enjoy being part of the panel and would like to be included, and received a reply from them saying that they would add me to their list so i could be invited in the future. that was over 5 months ago, and i have now taken part in both the unaddressed and correctly delivered surveys.. keep an eye on the daily tasks page as that is where the invites appear.. allthough i have always got an email as well.0 -

Thread titles can be quite misleading - and I agree with the various comments that a proportion, small I assume, of participants seem to have joined the panel without comprehending what it is. Some, again a minority (I hope), seem to be unable or unwilling to even read the instructions TNS send them. (Perhaps TNS's 'training' needs to be more rigorous to weed out those who don't take it seriously enough).
But it might help to have a more explicit thread title. I doubt a mod would want to change this one now but perhaps next time this thread is restarted it should have a more explicit title, maybe along the lines of "Royal Mail Monitoring and Posting Panel" and perhaps not even highlighting the free stamps in the title, just in the first post.
PS Back on, again, after resting, again. So, back to training - I see Mr H has changed into Mrs S.0 -
