One of the things to post is in a response services envelope however I'm not entirely convinced that the details I have and the envelope match correctly, anyone else had this?

    .

Yes I've had an issue with this type of envelope for the past 2 weeks...

does the postcode on the sticky label that you need to send inside the envelope have the same postcode on as the postcode printed on the address part of the envelope ?

If yes then send it...sometimes the paper/computer shedules dont always exactly match the envelope due to old stock but if the postcodes match its good to send.

If the post code on the sticky is different to the postcode on the printed envelope...then you will need to contact the helpline for further instruction...I am still waiting for an answer on a query sent on monday for an item i need to post on tuesday of next week.....you may be able to get through on the helpline tel number but ive tried several times this week without success.

There does seem to be a problem with printed envelopes at the moment I think!!

Also I have been asked to return a smart but I don't have this smart in my stock although it states I do.

It may be that the smart is in the post to you. I received one this week, and entered it when I received it. The following day I was asked to return it. I had to request smart return evelopes before being able to do so.

Surprisingly I requested the envelopes on Wednesday and they arrived today.

Still not had any reply to an email I sent on Monday about non-arrival of posting pack for this week, and the pack still hasn't arrived. No reply from another email I sent yesterday, using a different email address, about the same problem.

Still haven't received my posting pack for next week, although it could still arrive on Saturday morning.

I was halfway through my retraining and yesterday received the "we're oversubscribed in your area" email so I'm back resting again. You'd have thought they would have got the numbers sorted out by now!

Thank you, the postcodes are slightly different at the end so I will email and double check on Monday. Still getting to grips with this. Actually not too bad just a few little things like this that make me uncertain what to do. Thanks again

Ah I didn't think of that. Too packages have came through post today which I've not opened yet. Have noted the time but not feeling 100% so thought better wait of I'll confuse myself even more lol. Like I said I'm still getting my head round this, it's hoping ok but the training of the smarts don't really prepare you IMO. Thanks for your help

I'm meant to be back on the panel and should have received my first training pack last week. Nada.
I thought I'd leave it till Monday before emailing in case they're running late - is anyone else receiving things late? I'm a bit concerned as after being accepted to restart I had another email asking me to register again. So am wondering if I've been mislaid somewhere in the system.
