Royal Mail Surveys rewarded with Stamps.

For those people who received the emails a while ago asking if they had shares in Royal mail and wondering whether this would affect their eligibility to partake in the survey... if you try to sign up as a new panelist now you are asked if you are a shareholder and if you answer "Yes" then it informs you that Royal Mail shareholders are not eligible to partake in the survey and the application is rejected.
I'm assuming they've decided that Shareholders are biased in some way? has anyone who answered "yes" to the email asking if you bought shares heard anything since?0 -

Of course you could be biased.

So, am I correct - you have been sending letters to different people and not just to West Bromwich? If so, that is definitely a first for anyone who comes on this thread.
Yes. First couple of items were to W. Brom and since then elsewhere.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0 -

The items to W. Brom were your training0 -

It should be across several weeks and you supposedly get some instructions however with how disorganized TNS tend to be it does not surprise me that you did not receive the instructions and very little to post... You are unlikely to find a more useless, disorganized company than TNS (except possibly Royal Mail)0 -
Hello, i have 2 smarts to return (first time doing it)
It shows them in stock but when i go to return smarts, there is nothing in the drop down menu, to select to return them?
The following are the In Stock SMARTs.
SMART SMART Status Corresponding Poster Item Num
Awaiting Stock Check n/a
Awaiting Stock Check n/a
I have removed the smart numbers
Should i just post them?
Thank you0 -

Have you actually been asked to return these 2 smarts?
If they are showing awaiting stock check, they will not be shown yet as available to return.
I don't understand where/why you have removed the smart numbers.0 -

Have you been told to return the smarts, and how were you told?
If they are Awaiting Stock Check, I think that once the check has been done they will either be marked as OK to use or alternatively they will be marked for return to TNS.
If you do have to return them to TNS they should only be posted in the proper Smart return envelopes which you may need to request from TNS using the Request Stationary tab on the TNS webpage if you don't already have a supply.0 -
Thank you, i had a phone call on friday, the lady asked me if i had any spare smarts, i said i had two, she said make sure you return them?
That's where i am confused?
Thanks0
