I am currently training again and it has changed from the previous time. You now receive individual 'training smarts' from TNS all labelled AEDB but they do include an R number. You have to enter receipt on the daily tasks page by entering the R number, type of package and smart number. The training smarts do not show up in the manage smarts section.0 -

I have notified them that I am moving and had a reply back to say that they would remove me from the survey and that I should re-register with my new address. They said that it could take up to 4 weeks to be removed but in the meantime to continue sending and receiving (which is fine) but they have called back all my smarts and I should be sending 2 smarts next week. as the online log has no smarts against the individual items now I am presuming that I will just send without smarts.Ditch 100 in January Challenge 100/100

Yes - if the online schedule has been amended so that there are no Smarts to be included, you send without.0 -
Anyone else received their Incentive for posting via the Automated Postage Label have posted sometime ago now with this method and received a parcel, yet to receive any incentive only the Love2Shop to cover postage!0

Hi Shazza...why are you not able to enter data on daily tasks....is it because you have a technical issue...ie the system wont let you ...or because you dont have the time to do it?
if its because the details wont load on the browser that you are using ...have you tried a different one....occaisionally my browser seems to lock and if I swap to IE or google chrome it sometimes works then and I can input the info.
