I have been invited back again. :j
I was meant to receive my pack this week (w/c 10th). However, nothing has arrived. Does the training appear on the screen to log when it is to be sent as there is nothing on my screen?
Training should be just like "for real" - If you are meant to be posting things next week (w/c Monday 17th) then the schedule should be showing online now. Tomorrow the schedule for w/c Monday 24 February should be visible.0 -

I will email them and ask what is happening. Was quiet looking forward to some more stamps too.0 -
How do you get on the correctly delivered survey please0

I finally got my refund (paid in stamps) for underpaid postage from December on Saturday and have also had a reply to the email about last week's underpaid postage letter that I paid for myself.
Apparently if this happens in future I am to let them know before I go and pick it up so they can send me the stamps to cover the overcharge but how do I know when I just get a card through the door that it is a postal survey letter and not one of my own!
What do other people do in this situation?0 -

Given the length of time they can take to send things, you would be quite likely to receive the stamps after RM had decided to return the item to the sender (or whatever they do with such things these days). So you would still need to go to collect the item (or return the notification card with stamps affixed) before the stamps arrived from TNS.
Personally I'd go to RM delivery office and find out first, paying with postage stamps. They have given me change in the past when the stamps came to more than the postage due.0 -

I've never had it happen to me...but if it did I would almost certainly pay for the item and seek reimbursement back after...
As the previous poster said it going take longer to get the stamps through from the panel and the item is likely to have been returned if it has any indication on it where it came from.
Occaisionally the sender can be identified by a personalised franking if its a business or a return address on the envelope...but most of the test items are not marked to indicate a return address.
I would be more worried that the RM would open the item to see if there were any clues as to the sender and then expose the fact that it was a test item ...therefore the less time it stays with them the betterfrugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

I signed up about two months ago and got a message stating that I would be contacted. I never was. I have just signed up again. Do they only accept a portion of people that sign up?0
