  • Hi, hope someone can explain this to me.
I'm back on the panel after an 8 month or so break and got my first posting pack this week. It says I have to post a jiffy bag next week but they only sent me a packet type envelope (the one with bubble wrap and cardboard and paper filler). Is this now called a jiffy bag or did they send me the wrong thing?
    Thanks.

Got a reply from them earlier in regards of having to pay £3.20 in fee's for insufficent funds, apparently they're sending me stamps to that value. >.> just what i wanted

I think its always been pretty standard practice to pay in stamps...as they dont have the facility to send cash /cheque or postal order...

Well another huge envelope arrived yesterday - the 4th in a week so I've bundled everything up ready to be returned.

Ive emailed them to let them know I am returning everything but I cant find the Freepost address on that 23 page PDF - can anyone help?

as such theres not a freepost address....all the envelopes that I currently use either come ready stamped or have the royal mail franking already attached...

In times gone by we used to return weekly postings to them in a addressed/franked plastic type bag but these are rarely used now and sadly I dont have any left or I would have sent you one!

perhaps the best thing to do would be to phone them this morning and ask them to send you a bag/envelope large enough to return the items in that is already postage paid....or if they are happy for you to send it without stamps etc and accept postage costs on delivery.

Sorry I cant be of more help with suggestions ....but if its not what you were hoping for then youve done the right thing in getting out....

they now have two sizes of juffy bags

what used to be a packet is now called a jiffy bag
along with a larger version one ( which dosn't fit in post box unless you squash the sides ) called a Medium Parcel (270mm x 170mm x 170mm)
