Seems odd you haven't had your vouchers. I did a correctly delivered survey which finished in December and received my voucher towards the end of January.
Are you sure they have the correct address details for you?
I did mine at the same time as you redagila and they haven't paid me, they do have my correct details stored as I've been with them for years0 -
Hi Again
I received an email from them asking if I wanted to return to
The mail sending receiving plan again after being told there
wee enough in the area for now,I accepting and received an
email saying I would start again on March 17th
However today I have received my first packet and smart but
I have had no starter pack or anything else to say they were
sending me stuff out early
I have just gone on the site and registered that I have received
This item and the smart
As anyone else come across this as last time I got full posting
Plans a couple of weeks before
Thanks for the useful posts on here0 -
I've had yet another card through the door saying Royal Mail have an item to deliver with insufficient postage. I've only been back on the survey since October and this is the second time (I've still not been paid for the last one). I'm wondering whether it is worth doing the survey.0

if you are sure that the item is a test item that you are being asked to pay for I wouldnt bother emailing them...they seem inundated with emails at the moment and strugging to process them....
PHONE THEM.... it really is unacceptable that you are still waiting for some form of reimbursment following it happening before.
The lines are open daily until 1pm....I fear that unless you chase them they will ignore your emails...sometimes a phone call is all it takes and a name to get things moving correctly.
Good luck hope you get it sorted soonfrugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

This sounds like their usual chaos!
I had an invitation to renew 'prematurely' a couple of weeks back, (prematurely because I had only just been rested for 6 months). Did their 'questionnaire' (just a yes/no answer) saying Yes. And told thanks, you'll start again in a few weeks.
Then, a few days later, had an email saying Parcel Survey (which was separate of course) is finishing, but would I like to be on the main panel? Link took me straight to the same Yes/No questionnaire! So I said Yes, again, though worried a little I might now be on twice...
Then this week an email saying, sorry, you're not needed, we have enough in your area.
Followed by another saying, congratulations, you'll start in a few weeks. Which may indicate I am on twice, but you'd think they'd notice that.
More likely it's their usual you're on/you're off indecision yo-yo-ing that I and others on here have had before.
None of this surprises me, as I've had similar before, but it does make you continue to question their ability to produce accurate statistics!0 -
Possibly because it's been posted recently on Hot UK Deals and they're flooded out with new applications.
I saw that and it came through on a couple of other money saving emails that I get from various sites too...
The problem is that it makes it seem to people that you just answer a few surveys and get rewarded with stamps...up to a point I'm not totally sure that even the title of this thread or indeed the first post truly reflect what the panelists have to do to get the stamps!!!!frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

That happened to me Saturday, imagine my disappointment when I had to pay £3.20 for a test item! Next time i'll be asking to see it before I pay for it.0 -
I am currently being rested from the panel, and have been since November. Today I received an item from another panellist for me to record on the website. When I entered the Smart number I was told it was invalid, and I now have to return the Smart to TNS. Is it usual to receive items when you're being rested? I'm guessing as this is TNS the answer is ...no!!0

d in the post like magazines and brochures etc. Is there a guide to sort the mail we are sent to record from usual mail ?0
