It's shockingly bad now - I added all 3 e-mail addresses I have for them to try and get some sort of response.
The final straw for me was getting red carded for a missed delivery which turned out to be their postal pack for this week as it was so crammed full of items to post for them, I don't drive so had to pay £4 return fares to pick it up , I don't relish the thought of having to pay out to collect their cube boxes either if i miss the postie so thought it best to leave the panel. ... Hope you get your vouchers soon x

I just answered no, as I don't have an RM shares.

Wonder what happens if a panellist has RM shares? Will they have to leave?

I was quite surprised. We don't have any R M shares, but wondered whether panel members who had would be kicked off the panel.

I know R M workers and families aren't allowed on the panel, and wondered whether this might be extended to share holders.

I haven't had the email re: shares but I don't have them either, so can't see it being a problem.

I'm still waiting for 3 x vouchers for unaddressed mail surveys from way back last year, they know this as I've emailed them so many times, but now they've stopped responding. Getting a bit annoyed with them now.

Only slight conflict of interest I could see is where we report on correctly delivered.

Emailed them Saturday in regards to having had to pay insufficent postage attached fee £3+ for a panel item ... still no response.

Seems odd you haven't had your vouchers. I did a correctly delivered survey which finished in December and received my voucher towards the end of January.


Are you sure they have the correct address details for you?

I do have shares so am concerned that they will remove me from the panel. We bought shares because we wanted the RM to keep going (& for the dividend!) but personally would not alter my reporting as the better RM becomes the better it is for all of us.


I am sitting on the fence now and not replying to the message and wait and see what happens next.
