I once had a neighbour who took to blocking my wife in because he wanted that space.

I told them that if they didn't stop I'd get an old banger and park it there permanently.

Why? To stop the person from blocking the chaps garage!

Of course it depends if he has a drive leading up to the garage. In which case there would be no obstruction or criminal damage.

Obviously a little bit of common sense needs to be applied. I dont think anyone would go bolting this into the pavement if it dosent have a drive.
