you dont have have a clue about online businesses

It takes time at my cost to change the info on several pages of my site.

then i have separate advertising banners, leaflets,letterheads, advert postcards, business cards that have this information on and would all need changing which all costs. I also have a local radio advert that would also need changing

But your earlier comment stated that it would cost a few hundred pounds to change the details on your site alone.
There was no mention of these costs being used to cover business cards, radio adverts, letterheads etc.

the cost in my time and the cost of having a new MBG image done will be approx. £200 then i have letterheads etc. all to change.
