Floors done, put some stuff in the boot for when I go to the dump on Tuesday, don't want to forget stuff like last time!

DS2 has made up DS3's desk

Was going to defrost freezer next but WM is on and I need to turn the power off so I'll do that after dinner - Jacket spuds I think - I'll put them in now.

anyway the gist of my reply was that I was under the impression A level results are out on Thursday...

Yes, I discovered that today - I've had it in my head for days that the 15th August is Weds! Defo Thurs if I look at the calendar with the correct glasses on... So, all hell will (hopefully!) break loose on *Thurs* when the clearing lines ring and ring and ring with loads of students wanting to attend my course (we're a bit low on targets!)

Full on busy day at work today - the embargoed advance results list duly arrived on my desk at 9am this morning so I have spent all day checking and re-checking results and confirming places or not confirming places (which won't go live until Thurs) and then providing stats to the powers-that-be so they know where we stand.

There's more of the same tomorrow when a new list will be produced that will also need to be processed!

So minimal flying tonight because I'm pooped... It'll be chill, cook dinner, wash up then bed. Though the wash up bit might get left until the morning....

[STRIKE]Defrost the freezer and make a list of things to use up this week[/STRIKE] (Did this a couple of days ago. Our freezer is tiny so there isn't much in there.)
    [STRIKE]Find 10 things to throw/give away[/STRIKE] (I really don't have anything non-essential in these areas!)

    My Extras
I'm going to add cleaning the dresser down and sorting the drawers in it, as this is in the 'dining section' of our open plan living space.

That's all I have time for today! Did ok for my first day I hope :o
