Thanks for the lists ladies at FLC. xx

I'm in again this week of sorts, both jobs on the go, as I fly more than I'll post about it.

    Kitchen already done
    Off to hoover upstairs now.

Going to make myself do some thing first this week, then I can have a 'reward' of being on my laptop for 1/2 hour of what ever!!! rather than the other way round, as nothing is getting done.

  • Hi all. I'm new to flylady and wondering what I should do zone-wise if i have an open plan house? The kitchen/dining/living room are all one (small) room. That is the whole downstair of my house, excluding the mudroom bit (also tiny).

Hi Ditsykitchen I would do what was appropriate to kitchen ie sort freezer, wipe cooker etc but where it says sweep floor I would do it all in one go...then when LR comes round later in week thats one job you can cross off...you could always do an outsstanding job in place of it...paperwork/decluttter hope that helps x

    15 minutes...

    My Extras
I'm going to add cleaning the dresser down and sorting the drawers in it, as this is in the 'dining section' of our open plan living space.

I will be joining you again this week. Somewhat fitfully as I am looking after DGD in her house a couple of days. Their house doesn't seem to need much doing in it.

    Thank you Dusty :)

    Morning all.

DD has decided she wants to spend today reading. She's a little over half-way through the fourth Harry Potter book so I figured while she's quiet and not biting my head off every 2 seconds just for breathing I'll leave her to it! I'll just stop her every now and then to remind her to eat, and that I'm going out to work.

I still have uniform labelling to do today, and I've started the list of what I need to buy still. I'll be looking to order it online and delivered to store I think to save delivery charges.

Right now I'm going to go and wash up then do a HHC in the kitchen to see how much of the list I can get crossed off.

    Dailies:
    Wash up MTWTFSS
    Beds MTWTFSS
    S&S Bathroom MTWTFSS
    S&S Kitchen MTWTFSS
    HHTidy before bed MTWTFSS
    Accounts MTWTF

    Work:
Decide on how many books to order for next campaign
    Tax return
    Shredding
Mon - Deliver outstanding orders 6pm

    Other:
    Ironing
    Uniform labels
DD to gather all school supplies together to double check what she needs so stuff can be ordered.
Purchase rest of uniform (jumper and I think trousers, shoes can wait another week until I have the extra £10 voucher *wink*)
    Menu plan
    WM x 2 (bedding/lights, towels)

Monday - Kitchen and Dining Room
    15 minutes...
    Sweep and mop the floor
    30 minutes to spare..
    Clear and wipe the worksurfaces
Clean the sink and slush the drain out
    Got an hour...
    Wipe the door handles
Wipe the oven kn@bs, underneath too if you can
Sort the freezer and make a list of things to use up this week
Find 10 things to throw/give away
