    Fantastic :T:T

    In YOUR opinion maybe :D.

    so time for an update.

finally heard from mortgage brokers and will only get an offer if i clear cc :eek::eek: have to borrow money off m&d to do so. dad has lent me £2.5k which i have paid off cc so only round £1.5k left. mum will lend £1k and i will pay rest on payday then build the £1200 up again for paying off current mortgage. by the end of the month i will prob have the £1200 so from nov i can start paying dad back. unlike mum he does not like getting lots of small random surprise payments :rotfl: so need to see if he wants one payment per month or say blocks of £500.

glad that it is finally going to be sorted :T

very much looking forward to payday next fri as should get nearly £500 extra if my calculations are correct as finally getting payrise (backdated to july) and should get the overtime.

    so todays plans are-

go to gym (first time in 2 weeks but i have been ill!) :o
    do two ms in city
    spend no money!!!
tumble dry bedding  should have washed last week when was dry but forgot and i need it to change bedding tomorrow
sort out pile of paperwork (statements, ms etc)

Fab news that it's finally sorted and you have a plan - I think everything seems so much better when you know what you're dealing with!

I've nit been to the gym for two weeks either - but I'm going out for lunch today!!!! :rotfl::rotfl:

so sky have matched the talk talk deal (in fact bettered it as i have free internet while i have tv). however i couldnt get a deal on tv so cancelled it as dont think i watch it enough to be worth it. paid line rental upfront for £119. so once tv has cancelled bill is just £2.50 per month :D

hopefully they will offer me a deal on tv then i will keep it ;)

so no deal from sky yet! need to ring them as been overcharged on my bill a few days ago as been charged for line rental which i paid upfront. they said there was a tech issue when i paid it as it wasnt showing on my account and they were going to get it fixed but still hasnt come off.

in more exciting news have just paid cc off :j:T so now just owe £3.5k to m&d. mortgage pot is up to £287 and will be £627 on monday when i get the rent. still have a few payments from ms to come as well. is good news as will be only slightly under what i anticipated at end of month but have paid £119 for the line rental.

cat is out in the garden for the second time but he cannot work the catflap yet so just wines outside for me to let him in! will need to persevere as he is starting to scratch everything in the house, presumably out of boredom  he has had his first stand off with next doors cat and managed to get it out of my garden :T looking forward to him marking his scent in my garden and then pooing elsewhere :rotfl: will be nice to not have to clear up all the neighbours cats poo for a change!

diet has not been going well but new day today! off to gym shortly :A when i get back i am going to clean the house and finish reading the new bridget jones book i got a few days ago. already got in on ebay and it ends tomorrow :D

few more ms payments received so mortgage fund is £690 now. should have another £50 to come in next few days :)

have not done great for ms this month, doesnt seem to be many jobs about. have 2 tomorrow and 1 on monday which all all quite straightforward. total for month is about £86 :( have another decent fee booked but changing it to next monday so will be in nov total. luckily have sold a few things on ebay/intranet which has bumped it up. have a few hours ot next fri night as well :)

have got two decent items to list on ebay as its free listing. one is going on at £20 and the other £10, not sure if they will sell but may as well try seems as its free! will just keep relisting when free if not.

am really annoyed it has just started raining  decided not to go gym and would do garden instead as colleague gave me loads of plants in pots which i need to get in before frost and i need to dig up most strawberry plants to make space to plant the runners. also need to do general tidy up for winter. think its just a shower so will have to just cope with it when i go out in a bit!

other plans are pop to indian shop to get two things i need for dinner tonight as cooking for friends. bought a pumpkin from mr m yest and was only £1 and a decent size. going to make soup with it and put some in my curry tonight and stew tomorrow :D

morning all, so i woke up at 7 so was only 6am :( got a headache after drinking a bottle of wine last night :o had friends over for dinner which was nice :) kitchen is a bomb site as we couldnt do the dishes as randomly every tea towel was dirty/wet! i have about 5 and they were all clean yest! had to do emergency wash last night and they are now in the td. havent been using it as assumed it used loads of elec but looking at the monitor it appears its only 15p hr. may start to treat myself to drying the towels again :rotfl:

it is v wet here and flower beds have flooded overnight  glad i sorted the gardens yest. need to go out and shut shed door and take down washing line though. hope not much water has gone in shed!

so another non sfd for me. need to go to specsavers for contact lens app (free) and take a top back. will need to buy my face cream though and if it is pouring i will treat myself to the carpark rather than walking in. really hope it doesnt keep raining as need to go out again this evening to do a ms after 6pm and i cant drive to this because of where it is. got another ms to do this am but will drive to that (free parking).

going to make pumpkin soup today, leek and pot soup and put stew in slow cooker so lots of batch cooking.

cant go gym as lots to do and bum hurts from gardening yest :rotfl: wil stay in and enter comps and declutter apple crumble from fridge that friend brought last night and we didnt eat (she brought two deserts!)
