tweets, I like your new Kipling bag :D

    ooh, modest AND handsome :rotfl:

you are totally right, it is hard work but worth the rewards. A friend of mine came over Sat night and was amazed listening to what I get for very little or free. She was asking all about it and wanted to know about this forum. She spends over £100 a week on food for a family of 4 and wants to reduce it. All OH kept saying was "tell her how the baby food is under £1 for 12 and thhose 6 pack of crisps were 40p". But how can you tell someone succinctly and make it easy to understand unless they already know about an APG/PP/cashback etc. I feel like i talk in gobble-de-gook sometimes :rotfl:

OH puts up with me and isn't interested at all but as soon as we have visitors, he's off taking them into the garage to look at my stockpile like a little bragger!! I think I'm going to hide his garage key :p:D

My OH tells his friends all about the stuff I get but has yet to show them. I think he thinks I would be certified if he did. :rotfl:

Annoyed third day in a row no glitchy baby food in mr a I give up and will go to another miles away. Although got my free mullers, thanks ok, all 20 of them and my free frappe. Omg I think calorie count is way over.

    I WANT BABY FOOD!!!!!
Oh i really feel for you Cici... can't you do an A online shop? It's a £25 spend but you could do 2 x 12 baby foods (£12) and then maybe 2 boxes of nappies or heavy fruit and veg to build up your spend. Make sure you put no substitions though and if the baby food doesn't turn up, i think you could turn the order away.....
It does however mean that your APG would be to use online, not in store

That's very true. The number of house visitors that ask how (and why) I've managed to turn our spare room into a corner shop :p is amazing. But when I tell them, their eyes have glazed over within the first minute and they never end up doing anything of the sort. Some think picking receipts up or out of trolleys is mental. Fine by me, less competition! :D

I'm very selective now as to who I tell and give stuff to, I have no problem with my parents, and I am about to teach them to be able to do it themselves, and the other is my bestie, as she really does struggle for time with a 9 and 2 year old and looking for work at the same time, so I do it for her to make things a little bit easier

But anyone else- if you arent prepared to put the donkey work in, then jog on!

Having a fairly quiet day really, had a few visitors this morning. I have had 2 lovely cath kidston handbags, a new kindle case and lots of smelly things and we are going out for a meal tonight with the boys, their choice of course !!!! to the Harvester, to use my £5.00 voucher for survey and I also get a free sundae icecream.

forgot to say that i went to my ex netto A at lunch for the 10 for £4 mullers. Bingo, went through at that, however the strawb light and the corner toffee hoops scanned as 34p each? It's deffo store specific though before you all rush out as they did that on vanilla light on Saturday. So once the 8 for £6 discount came off, I'd been overcharged by 35p. Off i trot to get my huge refund and that's when the faffing and excuses began from staff. First they claimed i hadn't bought muller as my receipt showed 2 as "yogurt". Then they claimed it was 10 corner OR 10 light OR 10 rice. Then they said there wasn't an overcharge. Then they claimed that the £2 GC was only on overcharges of A produce.. he he. Eventually she relented and told me "on this occasion and as a gesture of goodwill" blah de blah:rotfl:

    receipt due in an hour.
