    Baby shop results are in....

I did 6 very similar baby food shops each included the trigger and 11 others.

Apgs were - 2 gave me £4.71, 2 gave me £4.75 and 2 gave me £4.79 back so total for 72 jars is £7.50 :j

Anyone done better if. So would love to know.

Ps I did 6 seperate shops as there was only 6 trigger jars in my store.
I can beat it (when i choose the correct things!!). Get paid 4p to take 12 jars out of the shop :D:rotfl:

Just came down to get the paper to read in bed and saw your post. i Eventually went to sleep at 4.00 cause I was so upset. I know what you mean. Even before I gave up work to care for my parents I was the one who went there every day and sometimes they only saw mr from week to week. The home called this morning about signing the financial papers ( Mum only has to pay£121 for the week) and I decided I will make the decision when she comes home not everyone else who will then just leave me to it. I did some research in the early hours about length of time you have a plaster on and realised as it is exactly 6 weeks on Friday she may well have it on a while longer and even then her wrist will be weak. I sent my older sister a sharp email last night and have decided until she appears her again on 4.9 I wont communicate with her. Now back to bed to read the paper and then a massive housework day. So tempted to eat something but i musnt sabotage my best efforts. Thanks

He he, they must have been burning, I always say left for love, right for spite :D The big A is great. Never get trouted, take any kind of coupons and are generally great. It's a 6 mile round trip from my house (and about 4 mins drive) so i venture there most of the time. Be warned, there's a massive kids toys/clothes/disney section there on the right hand side of the store in case you want the kids to avoid it and you not be pestered (that's my trick!)

I think I'll go and get some more baby food at lunch and try a G for a test shop.... Think I'm obsessed.:o

had a totally disastrous evening last night, after dd and kids down all day as she had no electric cooked tea for them and her partner when he got home so did not get to asda until late, the shop was a mess apparently been very busy (they always forget its tourist time ) and had empty shelves, no milk, bread, bananas, or nearly anything else i needed dont do the trigger baby food and no galaxy..
then came home boys had tent up so set up chair in garden with blanket to watch the sky with a thermal mug of tea .. woke up at 1.00ish in the rain boys had gone to bed and left me there so i slept through the lot

I have learned to adapt my life to his. He can't help how he is, I can! I know it's not always that easy in reality. I stand on the doorstep and wait until 8:42 until we leave for school, because that's the time it takes to walk the 158 steps to school........

I have gotten rid of all of the analogue clocks in my house, we live by SKY TV and computer clocks only because nothing else is reliable. I haven't always been this accommodating, Ive just learned to be. It's small changes to me, but the world to him.

I'll be happy to talk to you anytime lovey :A
I really like reading about you and your son. :)

    What did you do AAU?
I participated in that one but that was because I saw it on the dark side.
That was way before I even started visiting here :o
I know I saw there that some people were going nuts with it.

After a few small test purchases I did this :o
    1. I bought £200 mr Shoes giftcards in Argus for £160
    2. using those £200 cards I bought 4x£50 prepaid Visas in Mr Shoes, (at an additional expense of £16, IIRC, to activate)
    3. then using those £200 visa cards and £10 cash I bought £280 Mr Shoes giftcards in Argus
    4. using those £280 giftcards (plus £20 cash) I bought 6x£50=£300 prepaid Visas in Mr Shoes, (which cost £24 to activate)
    5. then using those £300 visa cards I bought £400 Mr Shoes giftcards in Argus
    6. using those £400 giftcards to buy 8x£50=£400 prepaid Visas in Mr Shoes, (which cost £32 to activate)

So for £160 initial outlay, £30 cash spent along the way and £72 activation fees (cost of £262) I had £400 fully activated visas to spend wherever/whenever I wanted.

Thats not even considering the smaller amounts I started off with before I realised it would take forever to get anywhere with it

It was a pretty easy way to make money and effectively got us a Dyson for free :money:.

The visa activation fees were offset by the fact that most of the prepaid visas I ended up with were used to buy B&Q giftcards in Mr T for the bonus 150 points per £50 :rotfl:

Nope. Maybe I was asking the wrong questions though

Maybe I should have asked if the successful comparisons happened for people that had seen the ISS :rotfl:
