clearly you have no idea what happens when you returns even though amazon
you click return and it will allow you to print off a returns label to return it to guess who
THE SELLER.
It does not return to Amazon or anyone else.0 -

Just click return item.
I don't understand, if I return it (yes, I do have those boxes) that won't stop any possible bill from Littlewoods coming my way, as the seller will have it, and I dont trust them to pass on the computer to Littlewoods, nor to issue me with a refund at this point to be honest.
I have has a further email from them this morning however-
Good morning,
We hope you are having a nice weekend.
Please ignore the purchase note you have received from our partner company "Littlewoords" as obviously they have made a mistake on price and please find the correct one attached herewith.
Please consider the following points to make it simple and fast to understand:
1) have you received the item you ordered?
The answer is "YES"
2) did you pay a single pence more than what you have already paid?
The answer is "NO"
3) Did anybody say you would have to pay more?
The answer is "NO"
In that case there is nothing to be worried at all Mrs. Britton !!
Like we informed you earlier that some administrative error caused some problems and disturbed some of our orders. Some wrong items were also sent to wrong people like yourself. As a result, we had to bring them back from the depot and resend the correct items. That's why the first tracking number we gave you finally didn't reach you as it was recalled. In the mean time our stock for Sony was finished and we had to reorder it. To make things faster for you according to your request we placed the order for you via our partner company "Littlewoords".
I hope this answers your questions.
If there is anythign else we can assist you with, feel free to let us know.
Thanks
Regards

I very much doubt 'Littlewoords' is their partner, if they were, they'd be able to spell it correctly. I requested nothing to be 'faster' I asked where my computer what when I didn't arrive on time, yet it still took them 3 days to place the Littlewoods order.
I'm wondering if I should go to the police myself, just to ask their opinion on this. I'm just going to be sitting here waiting for them to knock on the door anyway....Please excuse my bad spelling and missing letters-I post here using either my iPhone or rathr rubbishy netbook, neither of whch have excellent keyboards! Sorry!0 -

Not entirely true.
If you buy items fulfilled by Amazon these are Marketplace purchases, but would be returned to Amazon in the case of the need to.0 -
If it were me. I would just be using it0

But this wasn't fulfilled by Amazon, quite plainly. I'm not returning anything to someone I suspect is running a scam! Please excuse my bad spelling and missing letters-I post here using either my iPhone or rathr rubbishy netbook, neither of whch have excellent keyboards! Sorry!0 -

I was correcting the inaccuracy of earthstorm's post, not referencing your specific scenario.
I must admit, if it were me I would speak to littlewoods and see if they wish to investigate the situation.0 -
Ahh, ok, sorry, I misunderstood.
I have sent a tweet to the group Littlewoods is a part of (not had chance to sit down and write a full email yet) linking this post, and asking if this business is one of their partners. No reply as yet, though I wouldn't expect one til tomorrow really.
Off to mow the lawn, then I'll get emailing. Please excuse my bad spelling and missing letters-I post here using either my iPhone or rathr rubbishy netbook, neither of whch have excellent keyboards! Sorry!0 -

The thing is once the s*** hits the fan the item is going to be classed as stolen. You can't keep stolen goods. You can return it via Amazon now under the distant selling regulations. If you don't get refunded you'll be covered by Amazons A-to-z Safe Buying Guarantee Protection. It doesn't matter if it's a marketplace seller you're still covered.

To be honest you might want to edit the thread title to include the words very.co.uk
They have reps here which would then read the thread and as littlewoods is part of their group they may be able to help you out...0 -

If the item is a marketplace purchase then the return label printed will return the item to the person who sent it THE SENDER.
the only time it would be addressed to amazon is if the purchase come direct from amazon.
just like you purchase something from ebay and return it, who do you return it to the seller and not ebay.0
