EF 04 KN? and I must admit I'm struggling with the last character due to pixelation. And no I'm not running it through a fancy algorithm either. A little bit of image manipulation and simple observation.

cross post.
i did expose it with a few rendering suits, i came up different yet no posotive id, now thats a close up it get harder when its far away like garage cams, as they take digital pixelated photos. theres no hard negative to refure to like a speed camera has.
i say it was FN04 EN04 totally different area identifiers.0 -
I just adjusted the brightness down until I could read it including switching through negative a couple of times. Didn't expect to get it spot on. But they can be read which gives the lie to the claim. That pic is deliberately overexposed methinks and an IR camera will get it soon as look at it (if you pardon the pun). But the fact remains that even with a partial plate and the make/model they are caught once the BIB run it through the databases.
Anyway we have gone a tad off topic.
