Does the anpr system mean if someone steals your numberplate and uses it for bilking, then your plate is forever blacklisted?
So you could even buy a car that has been used for biking and never get any more petrol.
if its reported stolen then no you wont get blacklist for bulking, although, could pose a issue with the plate being marked with police ANPR.0 -

Basically if someone drives off with £75 quid of fuel and doesn't pay @ around 7p gross margin on a litre thats a lot of litres to sell to recoup the loss..and if you get a few drive offs a day....The Early bird may catch the worm ...but its the second mouse that gets all the cheese!0 -
