Hurry up OP I'm in suspenders here!
Happy moneysaving all.0 -
Sorry. Don't get it. I know it's exciting and I hope the OP gets the outcome she wants but I've no idea why you'd bang on to a bunch of complete strangers on the interweb about whether you're pregnant or not when you can just go and get a test and find out. Seems to me to be the oddest form of masochism/over-sharing imaginable."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

Hey OP, I really hope you get the result you want when you test tomorrow. Lots of pregnancy symptoms can be very similar to time of the month ones, but being a week late is a good sign. For myself I knew I was pregnant before taking a test because suddenly I couldn't keep apple juice down or stand the smell of coffee. Both two of my favourite things normally. Good luck, fingers crossed for you
The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.0 -

You don't need to see the doctor, just ring the surgery and book to see the midwife at around 10-11 weeks pregnant, counting the first day of your last period as day 1. (Of course, you can see the doctor too if you'd rather but they won't need to do another test as you've already done it!)
The midwife books the dating scan if you'd like one, and will book your anomaly scan for around 20 weeks.
Good luck, and congratulations on this next chapter in your lives
They call me Dr Worm... I'm interested in things; I'm not a real doctor but I am a real worm.

Congratulations.
Yes book a GP appt although he won't test you as home pregnancy tests are so accurate but he will put you forward for a midwife and scan etc
Take folic acid as well
Hope you and your OH have been able to talk0 -
Congrats. Call the docs and tell them but don't necessarily expect them to confirm anything as in my area they just say 'did you get a positive test result?' and if you say yes they book you straight in with the midwife as their tests are the same and there is no point repeating them.0
