You get two tests in the box anyway. They only cost a fiver. Just do one tonight. It makes barely no difference to wait a day. All that's doing is stressing you out (which isn't a good thing in particular anyway!).

I was only a day late when I thought the cramps I'd had for 3 days were too strong to be normal AF for me. So I took a test that evening. The only reason to wait is if you are wanting to test too soon after ovulation.Don't listen to me, I'm no expert!0

Cramping was the only symptom till I knew I was pregnant. I tested a week late and got a negative test. Two weeks later I tested again and was pregnant. Super happy now but not at the time so I guess I was able to go all that time without testing because I wasn't actively trying
