Hello everyone have been putting in lots of fivers lately xxx
Here dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
    And we were young.

Hi everyone :) It looks like a nice sunny day again here :)
I missed yesterday's nice weather as I was working :(

This morning I'm potting the £4.25 left from last week in my purse. The 5p was very shiny, and it's a 2013 coin! :D I think it might actually be the first 2013 coin I've seen.

Seven and a half weeks to go! How exciting!!!! :D

  • 7 weeks is alright for some , my pennies are going towards my "part home savings" but first I need to put £209.00 back into my savings account before I worry about that. I found an app on my phone to record my savings, I really love it because you can set deadlines and it tells you how much you've saved and tells you the precentage of the amount you've saved already.

Might put £1 in my tin when I get home. Might rack up the total a little.

Omigod I just found a bag of money!

Decluttering a corner of the kitchen where crap goes to die and there was a bag-for - life filled with 2p and 1p coins. It's from about three years ago when the big plastic bottle we used to chuck coins in split. No idea how much is there but what a great bonus! :D
Hello everyone have been putting in lots of fivers lately xxx

Well done to all of you, lots of lovely potting happening :D

I just managed some shrapnel yesterday but it all helps :)
