*Hugs* I suffer from IBS too, so a lot of that sounds familiar and I can definitely empathise with you
I've gone through phases of not eating much because of the IBS (either because of wanting to avoid needing the loo or because of the nausea/cramps that eating can cause). At the moment *touch wood* I seem to be controlling the IBS and therefore the anxiety surrounding it fairly will, but I'm very low in iron levels and although I was prescribed tablets at the end of June I'm too scared to take them in case it messes me up again
Seeing a hypnotherapist sounds like a good idea, I hope it goes well
You sound soooooo much like me, I hate taking any form of tablet incase it upsets me, I actually have a prescription for antispasmodics that I was prescribed 2 months ago and I just cant bring myself to go get them
.
My worse fear is food, I worry about things not being cooked properly (and was actually severely overcooking everything at one point), things being out of date, being mouldy, the freezer not being shut properly (am very OCD and have to check the fridge and freezer doors 4 times before I can go to bed), and am currantly worried to death that my fridge is not working properly as I can smell something plasticy in there when I open the door today. DH spends most of his days trying to keep me calm about things and did tell me last night that the fridge is fine (my butter wasnt as 'firm' as I expected it to be, so thus must be broken in my head which is why im now worried about the plasticy smell
)
Im hoping the hypnotherapist can help me too as im getting way out of control now and pushing my phobias on to the familyno idea what shes going to charge for her time but as my mum said, 'sometimes you just need to pay the price'

I am banking another £30 tomorrow, which means I have banked a HUGE £205 :j:j:j
I now have enough money saved for my parents to get me an I-Pad when they go to Florida in 2 weeks time:D
I actually can not believe that we have saved enough money and I just wanted to say a massive thanks to Sue and all the rest of you potters for keeping me motivated since November........I truly believe that if it wasn't for all of you I would not have saved this money and would have dipped into my pot and lost focus............So, Thank you xxxxxxxxxx

95p went in yesterday!
Had a moment of excitement when I found a coin on the bedroom floor, but alas it was 10 euro cents!0 -
I've been steadily potting. Not keeping count now though as I'm finding it difficult to remember!
Dh's mum and dad are away this week so he's doing his great uncle's shopping for him. His mum gave me £20 for the diesel - I said I didn't want it but she insisted. Well seeing as it's DH doing the shopping and not me it went in the potSealed Pot Challenge #817 £50 banked0 -

My headache has returned unfortunately. I had an eye test today, (as I know that's the first thing the doctor will say on Thursday when I see her), and there has been no change...which is good, because I only bought my latest pair of glasses about 3 weeks ago and I'd have 3 pairs on which I'd need the lenses replaced if my eyes had changed!
I'm sorry you are poorly again/still. At least it wasn't the glasses. I was feeling better although i still have the headache, yesterday i managed to eat without worry, i didn't eat a great deal but i managed my 3 meals. Then today i got to work made a coffee and now i feel like if i drink it i'll throw upthe pains in my stomach are back and with all you chatting about IBS i'm panicking that i'll need the loo at work. I never used to worry cause i live a 3 minute drive from work but now they've shut a road off so it takes 10 minutes ish
oh dear
We had a family day at work yesterday and my nephew won a day paint balling however he is 8 and you have to be at least 12, some olderI thought i'd look into going with friends and family but it's still going to work out around £50 a person
Anyway, £5 ish gone into the tin to kick off SeptemberI have just noticed that i am finally over last years total too
I want to get at least another £50 though cause £50 of my total is my scottish £50 note that i dont really want to bank
I am going to try to make this week a positive one.Sealed Pot Challenge member #071 VSP #4
