Having recently been through a simillar fiasco, I can confirm someone at the company involved has an attitude problem. Everyone else there, however, is great. Appeal it, win it, get on with it.0 -

Put an email together explaining the genuine mistake and send it to the contact address ASAP, the guys who monitor this over the weekend at damn good Brandon in particular will or should sort you out.Having recently been through a simillar fiasco, I can confirm someone at the company involved has an attitude problem. A friend of mine had the same experience, uploaded a photo in error and basically got a load of attitude from someone about photo DNA checking blah blah blah. Is still active but cannot see any jobs. TBH i'm not sure she is that bothered and I had already sacked them as the phone jobs were getting boreing and the constant desperate emails clogged up my inbox.0 -
all sorted. thanks for your support. It really got me down.0

Has anyone seen the jobs where you're suppose to take pictures in a department store of some gift displays but you can't have people in them? Have they any idea of what the shops are like this time of year? Especially a beauty area in a department store? They must be kidding, right?0

Do MF pay half fee, if you can't do a job for reasons outside of your control? Took a pub meal job and you're not allowed to book in advance. Got there and ENTIRE restaurant had been booked out!Minimalist

You'll have to haggle mate, best I was offered was a double fee and allowed to book for the next weekend. I wouldn't touch a Saturday walk in like that its always going to be busy.0 -

How is best to contact them? I've already submitted the "No, my visit was not successful" form. First time this has ever happened to me, in 2 years of all kinds of MSing!Minimalist

Read the brief again, that is not what they are saying...0 -
I haven't done anything for react in Yonks. Having read the brief for today's shop, I'm wishing it'd stayed that way! They used to be decent payers, too, but those charity shops are really taking the mick.0

I've been texted so many times by different MS companies in the last few days, I really wish they'd email instead, does anyone actually like getting the text message?
If someone is offering me work they can get hold of me anyway they want :-)0
