Read the brief again, that is not what they are saying...

Agreed, they don't know weather they want a mystery shop or a security camera.

I haven't done anything for react in Yonks. Having read the brief for today's shop, I'm wishing it'd stayed that way! They used to be decent payers, too, but those charity shops are really taking the mick.

Yeah - I am not keen on them, especially the ones where two visits are required and looking for barcodes which meet their spec. Gone off alot of their jobs recently as they seem to want alot of narrative for 5/10 minute visit and fees are poor. I could have down a couple of chemists, but the thought of their report was enough to put me off.

Isn't talking to yourself the first sign of madness ;-0)

The difference between the better MSC and the worst is incredible really, you wouldn't think they were in the same business.

The cheque for my abortive furniture shop was received in the post less than a week after the shop date.

I got a query today about a job I'd submitted a month ago and it turns out I've visited the wrong location (first time I've made this mistake) but it looks like I've already been paid for the job. Anyone know what happens in this circumstance?

Yup, that's the one. And even more annoyingly many of the labels seemed to fit the spec, but then didn't have the sticker on. And two visits just screams MSer.
  • So, Wk3 start date tomorrow, logically you'd think they'd work it so the material arrives today at the latest.

Well, it hasn't so that's my plan of how I was going to get mine done and meet my other commitments gone up in smoke.

Especially as this is week 3 you'd have thought they'd have got their act together by now. It's as if each and every campaign start date comes as a surprise - even though they set them themselves weeks in advance.

Thats why I dipped out of week 3, too much chaos in the last two, I've 1 lot of visits for week 4 and I dare say I'll take one group in week 5 too. For all the faff they have grouped the last rounds in nice close groups I did my 73 in 2 days.

Yes 35-40 in a day is definitely do-able with the right cluster.

I've noticed a load of calls have been released by other shoppers tonight - probably due to late start. I'd do them myself if I could guarantee they will be extending the deadline (they're bound to) but no chance of doing mine and another round now I have a minimum of 1 day less.

The delay does inconvenience me quite a lot but I don't do this full time and can fill my time tomorrow doing other (not necessarily paid) things but if I did I'd be teeming even more about losing a day I'd set aside for paid work when I could have taken something else on instead.

Still, whilst calls get done there is no incentive for anyone at the MSC to kick themselves up the proverbial and actually do the simple job they have been set.

Also - anyone noticed that all those A4 "posters" you put up and photted in wk1 now have to be replaced by new ones? Some shops already think I'm mad for photting it 2 weeks on the bounce. They really will think I've lost it now!

Is anyone trying to send week 2 results through the online site plse and having an issue? I couldn't use Android this week so have been putting them in at home, and all I get tonight is an error message when I try and save each one. No response to any messages I send to the company themselves lately, so not hopeful there. So cheesed off today.

A dream doesn't become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination and hard work

I've got the same problem. Was worried as the email today said jobs not entered by midnight will be removed. Today was my big push to finish my work.
