Is this GR? - I had a problem with one of their jobs over the weekend a few months back and got similar message. I rang them first thing on Monday and job got reinstated.

Was it RA? I had problems submitting in Firefox but it submitted in Chrome. And then vice-versa.

Yes GR. It is really hit and miss. It happened before but then 2 other jobs were fine. I used the chrome web browser. There were no pop up blockers.

It is saying they won't pay me but if no human body is there anyway to look at my work. Nevermind.

I have windows 8 and have never been able to spell check or submit from my computer for GR. GR have told me to send a query when my report is finished and they will 'push it through'. I do sometimes get a 'late' message, but this disappears when they submit the job for me. Hopefully they'll update their system to accommodate windows 8+ in the future.

I use Windows 8.1 on all the PC's I use and have never had any issue with the Grassroots system when using Firefox or IE.

Send them a message now through their system and ring them first thing, Grassroots are one of the good guys.

I have windows 8 too. Perhaps that is it. I did send a query with it? The problem was I finished my report at around 5 and then there is no one to help.
