I love Bare's persistence with the drinks visits but even if I lived nearer to London I don't think I'd be wiling to shop any of those locations for just one drink.

    Hello,

First of all, thank you for all the really useful info in the first few posts. I am posting because I have been already an on-off mystery shopper for a very good company, however I have decided finally to take the plunge and seek more work. I have also registered with the Inland Revenue as self employed.

I saw that some of the companies accept referrals from existing mystery shoppers and I thought it would be good if you could refer me and make a little money (or get brownie points!) instead of me applying by myself.

I cannot take a lot of assingments so I need to pick and choose who I work with. Also, I do not do camera work, long journeys or hotels (unless it is properly remunerated - had an assignment where I had to work almost all night for NO MONEY!) , but would be happy to take on assignments like shops, restaurants, pubs etc.

I am open to doing other work if I have time and if it is not too complicated.

I hope I do not sound fussy but I need to set my limits and would hate to accept jobs that I cannot fulfil successfully.

    Thank you!
Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

I can only see pizza visits? Wouldn't mind doing some drinks visits if they are for some decent beer.

Posh drinks I'm afraid and in some very upmarket places.

Sounds alright. I've been doing some visits for another company for some beer that I don't really like, so I was hoping for better beer, but posh drinks even better. I still only see pizza assignments though.
