I have been Mystery Shopping for three months; and I have two issues that I need help with:

I have yet to be dumped by GYP, can someone please tell me what I am doing wrong. :rotfl:

I have yet to be paid by AA is this normal are they slow payers or do I have a problem?

    Thanks all

AA are very slow payers, the only reason I put up with it is they seem to have some interesting vid work at the moment and they have paid vey health bonuses to clear up work.

Just take your time with gyp, an honest report of a poor visit usually does it.

.... sent me on a mystery to ......... who no longer sold the tariff that .... wanted a report on. I called ..... after the visit to tell them. No problem, they said, just enter the data as usual. The fee was ...... They now want me to return for free and only pay me 1/2 the original fee a s purchase was not made.

I couldn't make the purchase because their client didn't sell what they wanted me to check on !!!

Just a friendly reminder that client names, fees etc should not be included in posts on here. Perhaps a swift edit would be in order.
    Regards.

Apparently being dumped by Gap is an MS rite of passage, congrats you're now a real mystery shopper :)

Didn't know Gap will dump you so easily. But then who will complete the "URGENT ASSIGNMENTS" that they keep emailing/phoning me about constantly?! ;)

It's just a nickname, no particular malice behind it. I've been with them over 3 years now. They used to pay very good bonus's on a very regular basis but now they call the cost of a 2nd class stamp a huge premium. I tend to just do work where they agree to what I want for a fee.
