Trust me they would be upset because it doesn't have a CAT and would knock £50 off.0 -
I have wondered what sort of % the shoppers gets compared to what they company's get or if it is just the clients have dropped what they are paying them and thus are lowering what they can give the shoppers.
I'm going to guess its less than 30% for the shoppers.0 -
Depends on the company. I'm told with mf shoppers get about 10%. Other agencies can go as high as 50%Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?0 -

Sounds about right for MF - I have seen on another forum that the client for the Euro Supermarkets pays MF £25 a visit. Exploitation comes to mind and for that reason I do very little for them.0 -
Does anyone else think that DS might have to review their 6 month phone shop policy cause they seem to be really struggling to get things covered!:rotfl:Survey Queen/Poundland Fanatic:rotfl:0

I don't think it's the 6 month policy. I think it's more the fee they now offer. GFK struggled big time when they did those visits and their fee was a fair bit more.0 -

Yes but there are people who visit that client week in week out anyway. So whatever MF pays the shopper, it's effectively a money off voucher for spending 10-15 minutes filling in a short report about their visit.
I guess this can be argued for any shop where a purchase is involved and this is why the fees have gone down so much.
Having said that, the jobs used to fly of the page whereas these days they sit around for a lot longer.0 -
Hi All,
Its been many, many years since I did any mystery shopping.
What is the general consensus on Frontline Focus? I can see they had a lot of problems but is there any sign that they have sorted themselves out?0 -

Never had a problem with them. I seem to bond with the potentally dodgy agencies, AQ have been good to work for recently.0
