  • Losing the chicken client was probably the beginning of the end. The drop in credit ratings is millions not just a small amount, it can be checked with credit reference agency as it states it there. I stopped working for them 2 months ago but Clients seeing their money being used how it is, I can well believe the petrol and ant n dec supermarket will say goodbye next month. Golden Arches are also rumoured to be unhappy with them. Time will tell i guess.

This is helpful as I do quite a lot of Gapburgers. Can you shed any more light on the "rumours" please?

Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?

I'm glad I wasn't do a Gap report this lunchtime. I popped in to use a drink token from the gameprizes between jobs, and have a sit down at the same time. The queue for the ladies was up and down stairs and into the seating area. It was so long that self-respecting Londoners were talking to each other. Reporting that would have been fun.

Goes back to writing up todays job while icing feet.

And feeling left out as I'm without Gap payment.

Dont get me wrong, I've done loads of work for them. However they started to repeatedly fail the attitude test with me. They got warned. They carried on so they got sacked.

Marketforce, gapbuster and amber arch. You'll get plenty of jobs from those three.

I thought I would give People an update on Gapbuster Uk based, I do the odd job for them here and there but also work as an Auditor for some of its clients that uses as a mystery shopper company. Come June the Oil company and supermarkets brands will cease using Gapbuster. Our Parent company is also based out in Australia and the word out there is GAPbuster is facing a “Financial stress” hence the late payments, which is wrong as the clients are paying on time, they are using the money to balance the books basically. If you check GAPbuster credit rating in the last 6 months its pludge from excellent to bad. So might advise would be just don’t do too many jobs as you may end up out of pocket guys.

There is no definitive answer because no MSC is the same. It depends on the types of assignments you want to do and where you are located. It is no use anyone saying sign up with X MSC because they have 1000 pub jobs a day in Devon if you are located in Leeds and don't do pub visits. Sign up with as many as you can and you then decide for yourself which MSC suit you.

You can get a flavour of the types of jobs on offer by reading this thread and the alerts thread.

FYI re: GAP payments - for those (like me) who have still not received the March assignment pay yet, I just noticed this note hidden at the end of their latest 'Join GAP GOLD!!' email ...

"Attention to all shoppers who have successfully completed assignments in March: Payments for shoppers in UK will be processed by Wednesday-7th May at the latest."
