  • Did some MF wifebeater jobs with the OH last night. In one place, we (well, he) were served by Bob, but for some reason, the receipt said Dave (not their real names). Twice, in the relevant places on the questionnaire, we clearly highlight and state this.

Proofreading query: Please explain why you said you were served by Bob, but the name on the receipt is Dave.

:wall: I'm sure these !!!!ing idiots get paid per query.

I got the till receipt does not have the traders name or address...we will not pay..went back to the shop exposed myself as the mystery shopper and asked for a hand written receipt on letter headed paper and got it paid.

Query re the burger job....I complained about the fries. They asked How long exactly after getting the fries did you try one? Was there any delay in trying the fries? Where did you eat the fries? (what?) Why was there a delay? You have been identified using a phone when you sat down...Did you use your phone whilst conducting this shop? (yes to stop the stopwatch)....oh and are you in your 40's and tall etc.....flipping heck how many questions...this was 3 weeks earlier.

TBH, I've had a few GfK reports where, to me, the validation contradicts itself. In the end, on one, I overrode the validation and gave a comment. Not heard back so hoping all is well.

Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?
