I've found with GAP that if your timings are too quick or too slow, they ask for confirmation. I've submitted plenty of reports and I'd say 2/3rds of them have resulted in a timing confirmation request.

What does pi** me off is when the snot nosed managers try to discredit your report, as either your report or timings have reflected negatively on said restaurant.

I had one manager once say I'd not stood in the shortest queue. Wouldn't mind but there was only one queue in the restaurant :cool:

I did some jobs for them earlier this year and had all kinds of problems getting paid as I know many others have. Not that they rejected any of my reports, they simply took ages to process and carry out payment.

I've done hotels for them and payment has been quick, good luck getting them to answer any email queries though

Good to hear. And yeah, e-mail was hopeless, Rob was great at answering and getting back to me though.

For what they pay they are a very good company to work for.

Avoid like the plague, no end of problems getting payment out of them.

In fact, somebody disgruntled has set up a website about them. I found it when I was having my own payment issues.

So, this person took on a job, discovered it took far more time than expected and got into some kind of fracas with a security guard as a result of it, got asked to fabricate all their results to fit in with expected values then had 150+ email exchanges whilst chasing payment.

Then, they DID THE JOB AGAIN? For a price which dropped before they'd even started??
