GR website is back up. Results in, time to move on. I must admit in my limited experience they have been pretty close to the best company to deal with.0

Does anyone know if Tern ever pay mileage? There is a job on their board I could do but would involve a fairly long round trip so would be looking for some mileage but don't know if they would find it cheeky if I asked.0

It is always worth asking as they are lovely people to work for. I asked for mileage on a few occasions and got it as it involved long trips.
Good luck!0 -
Yup. never be shy at asking, the worst that can happen is they say no.0

The MOT gods have frowned upon me and my wee blue car. Not worth fixing. Given that I have 2 weeks before the MOT expires - am I foolhardy enough to do one of the car buying jobs on MF? I'm sure they used to be with another co for a bigger fee. Or is it going to be a big pain in the butt and make life more complicated if I do then decide to sell my car to those folks.0

Your car has failed an MOT, you don't get the last two weeks to run around with an unroadworthy car I'm afraid. Be very careful as you will be uninsured.0
