  • I can't login GR site either. I was in the middle of a report and the site crashed - what are my chances of the data that I inputted still being there

I've not been able to access the report so I can see what I'm supposed to be doing on a GR job today, and there doesn't appear to be any way of contacting them apart from using the website which I can't get on... does anyone have an email address? I know it won't be replied to today but I'd quite like to cover myself before I ask for it to be rescheduled.

I think that they usually communicate with me via their own message system on the website unfortunately.
Also, be prepared to be told that you should have printed/saved the details previously as I had the exact same problem last week.

Ah well, we'll see what happens on Monday. I did open the brief and read through it on my phone when I got it, but I didn't even think to print it out before today when I was popping out to do the job. How irritating!

I tried that thanks; it says on my paperwork there's an answer machine but there isn't, just a recorded message telling me the office is shut.

I printed my paperwork and took it with me, but I would like to be able to input it and get on with the rest of my weekend.

As useful and well paying as GR is don't expect them to be contactable outside office hours, a big minus for them.

I'm on my way to do an assignment for GR and can't access the website neither. Now I kind of know what to do but obviously there's some specifics that need to be followed. What to do? :(
