Yes, just 4 in the whole county I think. But annoyingly, one of them is only just up the road from me!!

Can somebody confirm whether it is worth joining Catalyst. I applied some time ago and they are now after a copy of my CV. I am somewhat reluctant to release my CV to a MS company, if they are another 'Helion' who main jobs are cars and have limited other opportunities. This is the only MS company that has asked for such information and seems to be a bit OTT for a small part time role. Catalyst don't seem to be mentioned much here so wondering just how may jobs they have on offer.

I got a CV request from them as well. No chance, even just on principle, am I sending them a CV. Way over the top I believe.
  • I missed out on the slapper job too, this is the first time I've ever seen that particular slapper in my store, usually it's the other 2 job's.

Just had an e-mail from RA asking for new auditors in my area. Anyone have any idea what auditing for RA entails and if it's worth it?

    Cheers :)

Thanks - I thought it was a bit OTT. My CV relates to my FT work and for obvious reasons does not include MS work. If they were looking for particular skill sets, then perhaps could see the relevance. Will give this lot a miss, methinks as does not sound like they have loads of work on anyway..

I joined GR and never saw one job so, after 4 months I chinned them off. Have since tried to sign back up with them, on several occasions, and even tried a different e-mail address, but they clearly don't want me back :(

    Oh well, my mistake.

Give them a ring, they are one of the better companies to work for and when you put in the postcodes you have to put the ones right on top of the stores to get them to show up as I don't think their areas are as large as others. :)

    I'm in deepest darkest Cornwall!

Email arrived at 14:19 today job gone by 14:22 and I had checked their website on the off chance earlier this morning as well as they were mentioned on the alerts board yesterday, but there was nothing there then!

I like working for GR - usually fair fees and the reports are OK too. But obviously so does everyone else becasue the jobs disappear faster than hot cakes!

I have the same problem - you literally have to be on the site as soon as the alert flashes across the screen, otherwise its gone. It slightly amuses me when I see alerts saying X and Y have been loaded on the GR system as in my area, they have already gone..

I wouldn't. They don't have many clients, and tbh, each and every time I did a visit for them, I was followed around the store. No normal customer makes an enquiry in three expensive departments, and then walks out with a battery operated cheap toy. They know. We know. It's awkward.
