Can somebody confirm whether it is worth joining Catalyst. I applied some time ago and they are now after a copy of my CV. I am somewhat reluctant to release my CV to a MS company, if they are another 'Helion' who main jobs are cars and have limited other opportunities. This is the only MS company that has asked for such information and seems to be a bit OTT for a small part time role. Catalyst don't seem to be mentioned much here so wondering just how may jobs they have on offer.

I joined them ages ago and have never heard from them since, no jobs whatsoever. Never had a request to send in my CV though.

Just thought I'd mention this. I know we all check our receipts when we do a GAP burger shop but, if we're stressed, busy, have other things on our minds, it's very easy to let this slip.

Now I don't know if this is just a big coincidence, or just something the restaurants have decided to do, to make life difficult for us, but 3 out of my last 4 shops I have been given the wrong receipt. Two of these times, they gave me the receipt without me requesting it.

Fortunately, I noticed everytime, although on one of the drive Thrus, I had to go back round. I'd just hate for one of us to get all the way home before realising we'd got the wrong receipt.

They only seem to have one client around here and that is a toy shop. Pay is not bad but I perhaps only get one job every couple of months.

yup in uk ive only had one toy client and a competitor visit. they have more visits in the ROI i believe but nothing else over here.
Its a monthly not too difficult ok fee visit

anyone else have a meeting in portsmouth in a few weeks ?

I only did one job for them. I got paid within 4 weeks which was a pleasant surprise because I read in the previous threads that usually it takes ages. I got a request for a copy of my CV today as well and I sent it to them (I don't mind, they can read it until they are blue in the face )
As for fees - they are OK, just bear in mind, though they put a euro symbol for the fee, it still comes in pounds & the same amount as it shown on the shopper log. You will need PayPal account as well. HTH

Their only client this side of the Irish sea is toy shops, way OTT for an MS to ask for a CV in my opinion.

I've had a the toy shops and one high end clothes shop from Catalyst but the jobs are few and far between.
