Nooo! How annoying for you.
Makes you wonder why firms don't take the trouble to parcel things up more securely. If they had just wrapped it round with sellotape you'd probably be OK.arghhh!!!0 -

Mine hasn't shown up at all, I call the company and they give me grief for it, just dropped all 8 calls, they can swing.0 -

I'm still awaiting a response from them. I have no idea if I can fit the calls in now, as I had 13 to do, along with other things and the slight issue of my thesis submission date looming. Can't help wondering why items with value and an ID card were sent in a brown envelope which wasn't even padded or trackable.

Pretty much the total of my conversation, and they called me unprofessional for dropping the calls too! Do they think we only work for them and have no other commitments? Jeeze I'm angry.0 -

Sorry, didn't see your response before. Yes, exactly. I bet I'm not the only one it's happened to either.

I think you have every right to be angry tbh - it's outrageous to be called unprofessional. I'm not ringing them if they're going to be rude; if I wanted that kind of treatment I'd ring the MIL

I think that's exactly what most companies think. That we just work for them. One of my more regular companies rang me last week and was most put out when I said I couldn't fit this extra job in as I was currently working 200 miles from home. He was really confused and asked which allocator I was working for, so I had to explain that the jobs were for another company.0 -

Assume the POS deliveries are IMS? Beginning to wonder if giving them a second chance after I sacked them was a good idea....Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?0
