They are only shopping a %age of the jobs listed not all of them those that are pending you can assume they are sitting there as backups if others don't get done, their system isn't very user friendly.0 -
I picked up some jobs with TNS and one was deallocated because I didn't enter a date, I did try to enter a date and it just n/a, somebody else took it whilst it was deallocated. Annoyed me that so I don't think i'll bother with them for a while. Think happy & you'll be happy

TNS sent me a snotty email last Thursday telling me I had to change the date on my Friday phone jobs to the following week or be de-allocated. I sent a polite one back asking whether they'd prefer to pay for my already-bought train ticket, my lost earnings, or whether they'd prefer I did the jobs on the original date. They told me to continue as originally planned...
I got to 50 yards short of the first of three Friday phone shops, only to receive emails de-allocating the lot. Did them anyway. Took me four days of ignored emails, and threats to escalate the matter, to get them back. Utterly hopeless.
Meanwhile in MF-land... Verdant Royal pub accepted and confirmed for Sunday lunch on a reimbursement-only basis (I rarely take those, but it was convenient for me). Reimbursement just covering the cost of two mains and two drinks (they insist you go as a pair). Then received an email cancelling the job, and asking me to re-apply. Reimbursement on re-scheduled job reduced by 30% - to the extent where it now only covers one meal and drink, yet two people are expected to attend. Taking the p*ss.0 -
Does anybody do video mystery shopping? How much roughly did you pay for the equipment and do you think it's worth it? Think happy & you'll be happy

That's very naughty of them. I rarely do MF jobs now but last month I got a call from them asking me to do a pub visit whilst on holiday, to a pub where we always eat. Four times the fee, plus reimbursement, in my local.........winner.0 -
A MF beer job did provide me with lovely New Local. I'd always walked past the pub as it looked so small, but it's lovely inside and even has a fire to read a book on the Droid by while supping beer.0

Has anyone else noticed the standard of some of the pubs on MF? There are ones in my area that no-one would want to visit as they are notorious! Ten times the fee would not get me in them!:rotfl:Survey Queen/Poundland Fanatic:rotfl:0
