I've been with RA for a while and have never been able to fathom their payment dates. Many a time I've completed two reports on the same day and then been paid at 2 different times in the month.

As a matter of interest - has anyone being allocated the Helion tablet jobs? Mine have been pending for three days and had applied to do them tomorrow. No chance on that...

I did three visits in one day for RA last month. I got payment just for one of them and that included the fee and reimbursement for the product I had to buy. I could work it out by checking each visit and the total amount of the fee and reimbursement on my spreadsheet.

I left Helion because, no matter how many jobs I applied for, I never received any.......all my requests just sat there pending.....yet the jobs apparently still needed doing :cool:

TNS are at it again! Do they not realise that people work out the dates that they are carrying out jobs to suit themselves as they are the ones carryin the jobs out!

Me too, I've just got an email from them telling me to do it tomorrow morning or else it will be deallocated. Bearing in mind I work full time and was going to go after work. Annoyed!
