It's not been working for me since last week. I take it you're getting the error message about the user name and password combination not found? I contacted them, but not heard back. :-(

Evening all,

Just wondering if anyone can shed any light on Retail Active payment dates, I've been doing MS'ing for years but for some reason ( I don't know why ) I've only just signed up with them. I did quite a few jobs last month but can't seem to find out payment dates and their website isn't very clear.

I had no problem logging in not been with them long. They had adverts in every town near me on the universal job search back in August when I signed up. Every time I've looked in last few months I've seen them on there.

Has anyone completed the GFK supermarket audits and found the questions on the report route out and dont match the ones on the paperwork for the displays ? was most confusing working out where to put what.
hope they dont moan about it.

Not sure about that. I had an email off them yesterday with jobs, but then I can't log in either.

I've not worked for them before so wouldn't be surprised if I'd be sacked, but it's odd for them to email me with available jobs if I was.
