Anyone know when Mystery Shoppers pay? I did a couple of jobs for them last month, my first for the comanpy, and they are showing as pay statements on the system but I haven't had anything. Checked and my bank details are correct.
Check your Paypal.Anyone else really missing the little TNS fast supermarkets? I used to plan my month around them (sad I know), now I keep driving past them....
Nope they made up around 5% of my work. I've filled the gap with other better paying stuff.0 -

Have my longest route ever planned for next week:
928 miles over three days. "Only" 12 visits though, one with a £5 purchase.
In total the pay is £589 which seems quite fair to me. Now I just hope my mobile broadband works as well there as it usually does around here. :-S
Considering adding a restaurant job or two, but the reporting might get a bit much though.
So you just did 3 days work for less than £171.40. £57.13 a day without the rest of your expenses. Might as well go and get a proper job!
£417.60 in fuel, let alone what you paid for paper, phone etcMinimalist
Extra income since 01/11/12 £36,546.450 -

Fuel "costs" are not £417.60 at all that is the .45ppm that HMRC quote which includes fixated expenses that would be incurred anyway.0 -

Yeah but I agree that it's worth taking the HMRC allowance into your calcuations as to whether a job is worth taking. If you can make a "profit" after taking mileage into account you know it's a good bet.0 -

Well the numbers are a bit different in my case, due to the fact that my pay has been increased a bit and the fact that I won't be taking a car on this trip. So here is what the numbers look like now:
Income: £718
Purchases I need to make: £5
Actual cost of travel and overnight stays: £158
Income after expenses: £555 or £185 per day (not taking deductions into account).
As an added bonus I will be able to also do a bit of work that relates to my regular job while travelling.
To me mystery shopping has proven the perfect way to put a little extra spice into my workdays which I already plan myself.0 -
TNS and GFK, pay is in the bank!0

Why do MF only let me book one job at a time? They had more in my area I could've taken, very annoying! Once you've got more points are you able to book more? Think happy & you'll be happy
