I am so pleased to hear that, well done for not giving up. Make sure you provide lots of pics when they come come

What did they say? Did you have to agree to enclose the garden? Not that it matters I know you will do whatever it takes but just interested what 'reason' they came up with why the sudden turnaround. When of course we all know the real reason for this 'change of heart'

I think that is standard practice in rescue centers, they neuter themselves so they know it has been done.0 -

From CPL:
"Neutering is the only effective way to reduce the number of unwanted cats in the UK. We recommend that pet cats are neutered at four months of age or younger, before they start puberty, to prevent unplanned pregnancies."
"Early neutering is proven to be a safe and effective method, avoiding many of the potential complications of neutering later in life.
There is no evidence to show that it inhibits growth, or causes urinary problems, and experience show kittens resume their normal activities and routines after surgery much more quickly than adult cats"0 -
Early neutering is becoming more common in rescue situations as it really is the only way to guarantee that cats wont be allowed to breed. I know many breeders who neuter at 12 weeks before re-homing, but 9 weeks is indeed very early. I presume they are treating them as ferals still in that neutering in those situations is even more necessary.
Surely the kittens are fully tame now though ktflosspot?
Anyway, I am overjoyed that the outcome is the one you have fought so hard for and cannot wait to see the family re-united and growing up. LOTS of pics are demanded.0
