Yes they are. So why ALSO start a thread on a forum about it?

If others heard it and were sufficiently offended to complain then complain they will. Some may complain to OfCOM; some to the BBC (which is to whom your initial complaint should have been addressed, IMO).

What hole? you have lost me there! I presume that is how you perceive people that disagree with you as doing?

I would prefer the word (text removed by MSE Forum Team) not to be used either ideally, but at least its virtually a medical term (if a quite old one), it does refer to an anatomical item at least.

Fortunately the freedom of a public forum allows me to express my opinion even if you disagree, some people may (and do) agree with my view.

I can't see your point in so vehemently trying to attack my post, what are you trying to achieve? you don't agree - noted.

Nora had it coming.... but the kids didn't need to cop in at 8:24!

And might I add that the day that cars and light banter become too heavy for the kids is the day that I pack up my lawn bowls set for fear of skimmed knees.........
