Three Essential Plan.
4GB data.
All-You-Can-Eat minutes.
All-You-Can-Eat texts.
12 months contract length.
Not included:
Personal Hotspot Allowance
Feel At Home Around the World, but you can use it in the EU on your contract. Some providers will allow up to 12 GB when you are in the EU of data before charging extra but this contract is only 4 Gb so should be OK. Cannot be beat.
This is great, if the cash back comes through
I have had promises of cash back not come through.

I have lost hundreds in cashback promises by both Quidco and Topcashback. I have now cancelled my membership on both, despite making more than I lost. Nowadays they are quite happy to promote merchants whoi have no intention of paying and do nothing at all to protect their customers - though they regard the merchants as the customers, not the people who buy through them. I got to the stage where, on principle, I am no longer prepared to line the pockets of dishonest cashback sites and the merchants who take advantage of them. That may mean that sometimes I lose out, but other times I don't end up paying more. When they started, cashback sites were effectively co-operatives. Then they decided to make money for themselves and became companies. The amount they must spend on advertising alone displays that they are really there for their own profit and nothing else.0 -

Hi all,
I've always had a 'company' mobile and am now retiring, so am researching my future options. I would consider myselfva light user, I reckon I'd be well within the minutes & texts limits of all sim only plans & I've breached the 1 gig/mth data limit imposed by my company once only. Due to poor reviews, I have discounted iD mobile and am looking at Plusnet.https://plus.net/mobile/plans/sim-only
It seems perfectly adequate for my needs and reasonable value at £8/mth. Any opinions/alternate suggestions?0 -
New Plusnet deal:

If you are a light user I'd recommend 1pMobile. Theyre on EE (just like PlusNet) but 1pMobile are cheaper and very flexible. Its just pay as you go.

BT sim-only £8 a month deal requires an access code when you go to the link to try buy one. Does anyone know what the code is? (Yesterday no code was required so don't know what has now happened?)0

Is it this one?

It takes me through to BT no bother.0 -
Yes, that is the one. When I click onto the BT link a box pops up on the page that says 'To view this offer enter your access code' . Got my husband to check this from another comp and he is also getting this. Can't access the £8 deal, and going via BT in general and not the link only offers £11 a month. Mystifying!0
